All data submitted by clients and consultants and outsourcing professionals are stored internally, in our local servers and/or in the cloud since we use google drive system to communicate with clients, essentially. The use of google drive is based on access provided as per request and/or need to have access to a folder. If/when a project ends and the access is no longer required, the access provided is removed.

We do not rent or sell our customer lists.

No SOMA SERVICES listings may be used by anyone 1) other than for the originally intended confidential use 2) or by persons outside SOMA SERVICES. Offenders will be prosecuted.

SOMA SERVICES is a Portugal based company and contact information is stored on our internal systems hosted in Portugal, or on external service provider systems that already adhere to GDPR.

SOMA SERVICES retain the data during the time of the customer’s business relationship with SOMA SERVICES, and for the time legally required in Portugal for retention of this data. 13. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the Portuguese without reference to conflict of laws principles. All disputes arising from or related to our professional relation or to any acts under our privacy policy shall be finally settled under the Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of the CNPD – Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados by one or more Arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said rules. The arbitration venue shall be in Lisboa.
